I	I never lose. I either win or learn. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for ODSP 2 years ago and have been appealing since, which is ridiculous. I submitted medical documentation from 2 doctors and 2 specialists and still denied. I don't understand how this organization comes to their decisions. They sound as complicated and frustrating as WSIB. All of this is a waste of time and resources. Instead of doing the right thing from the beginning and trying to help people who are forced to live in poverty, while trying to heal, these organizations will not approve your application and deny you financial assistance. You the end up fighting the system and putting all of your efforts and time into doing this instead of recuperating. I also agree with other posters who stated that it's difficult to speak to someone at ODSP as they DO NOT answer the phone! I have tried NUMEROUS times and at different times and often wonder if employees are purposely ignoring it or it's set up so that people can't connect with anyone? I have yet to speak to anyone from this office as I eventually give up. Persons with disabilities didn't wish/pray to be injured/disabled. We deserve better and to be treated with dignity and respect. We worked and paid/pay taxes as well. Many worked 15-20+ years and didn't plan for our life to turn out this way. Employees of ODSP including medical staff and the government should be challenged to live on ODSP for a year and go through what many of us experience. They need to get a taste of what it's really like in dealing with a broken system and living in poverty.

S	Shawn Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you open your odsp file here good luck.They ruin credit by contacting credit bureau telling them your now on odsp. Also intake ladie claims she's busy So she booked first interview 45 days later and then 60 days wait while intake ladie checks dmv see if own a car, automobile if have credit cards and how pay them monthly if own home if have bonds all above. Definitely worst office I ever been too hands down beware better of going work injured then to deal with these people lol

B	Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 2 hours 30 mins on the phone just to talk to a person today and ask a question! Very horrible! April 28, 2022 at 12:00 PM I called, got through finally at 2:32PM! Understaffed? of just too lazy to answer the phones?
E	Emily Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will reduce your amount without letting you know and they will refuse to give paperwork for the pregnancy and breastfeeding allowance to you or you own doctor. They also do not reply to any emails sent or calls
