Best place around for any team sport embroidery or screening work!! Great people and business!! Known them for years and wouldn’t go Anywhere else!! The feel of working with a small town business with the expertise of a big company!! They treat you with respect and give great deals!!

Very disappointed with our recent order and how it was not done as it should have been. I was hesitant as the prices were a bit higher here than other places but we like to support local businesses. This could have been an on-going transaction with more work but now we had to have it all re-done at a great cost NOT locally.

These guys/gals run a very good business here. I had embroidery and leather work done. Both very affordable and very happy with the work. Will definitely visit again. It also looks like they have a good set up for high through put work such at team jerseys.

I haven't seen Steve in ages because the motorcycle jacket and chaps I bought from him are still perfect going on 22 years! Amazing craftsmanship. I wouldn't buy leather gear anywhere else.

Edit: After following up with Steve to inform him that I had ordered a replacement, he declined to reimburse me for the damaged item. I informed him that I would be filing an investigation with the BBB and he hung up on me. ***Investigation Filed September 1, 2020 I see a lot of great reviews for Steve's Leather and I'm sure they are valid but I would like to share my experience. I brought my item in to Steve, discussed the work and he made some good suggestions. After about 10 minutes we agreed on the work and date to return to pick up the item (although he would not give a quote and wanted cash upon pick up) On the date agreed upon to pick up my item I called before leaving work, it was quite clear my item had been forgotten about, he suggested a couple days later and I agreed. On the next agreed upon date (Tuesday) I called and he had not been able to get to it yet, suggested 2-3 more days nut I would for sure have the item by the weekend. Two days later I called back, still not ready but a promise it would be the next day being Friday. Friday, I called and I was told he was unable to do the item. Something to do with clamps/zippers and some other random fumbling about the item. I was ensured upon drop off that he had done it before and would be no problem. I decided to cancel the order and just go pick up my item. With it being a pandemic I had to call before and have him open the door. When I entered the store I saw my item on the floor, he quickly picked it up and started rubbing the front with his finger. The item was damaged. It is a white leather that had a big imprinted and scuffed ring on it with yellow smudging that will not come off. I spent the weekend trying to clean it and no luck. Steve suggested I bring it back and he could try and steam it but said I would need to leave it for another few days. After a few moments of inspecting the item and obviously disappointed I went to speak to him. He was very dismissive, unapologetic and seemed to think it was completely normal that items can be damaged and he should not be held responsible. It now makes sense than he prefers cash payments. I would be extremely hesitant to have your work done here. If anything goes wrong with it, seems that is your issue and that he and his business are not responsible to make good. I understand they have been in business a very long time, the referral I had was a good one and that's why I went there but unfortunately with no ability to own their own mistakes my item is damaged and with it being a unique part of a large item I am afraid it's become useless without it, or with some luck at my cost to purchase a replacement. Please do your research, I'm sure they do great work at times but it is definitely not worth risking your items being damaged.

Steve mended a large tear in my vintage (circa 1970) leather jacket so that it is almost invisible (you'd have to look really hard), and he even reinforced the original buttons with buttons from the '70's! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went in looking to get a few stitches put in the right side of the zipper on my Dianese riding pants. The stitching had come loose in the middle for about and one and a half inches. Steve took my pants and repaired the zipper on the spot. Not only did he put in the stitches I needed/requested, he double-stitched it for the full length on BOTH sides. Steve could have merely done what I asked and waited with his hand out until I returned to have the other side stitched when It popped. Superior workmanship and customer service.

This is the 2nd time I've come here Steve has no communication at all with the customers. I dropped 2 seat covers to get embroidered with logos on them and just like the first time never worked on them until I came in over a week later....and asked him what was going on? As there was over a week gap from the time I dropped them off he acted like he didnt care on both occasions he has done this to me now 2x super unprofessional and very upsetting don't recommend going here if u want to wait forever for whatever you want done and not know what's going on. VERY Disappointing.
