★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience was very good and perfect for fine dining with a date. However, food was pretty average. I had the baja fish tacos and the fish inside was soggy. Not a pleasant food experience. Would recommend people to come here but avoid getting their tacos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joeys is one of my favourite chain restaurants due to its diverse menu and quality of food. I’ve hit up many of the locations before but this one was one of the best experiences due to my server Noor. Noor was an exceptional server and was always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I felt very welcome with her and her kind gestures and comments. Probably one of the best services I’ve received till date, my girl deserves a reward :) Will definitely come back to this location, due to her service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a couple of times and I come back here for just one reason called ‘Apple pie’. It’s fantastic here! But don't expect here much from other food. I tried sushi, tuna bowl, handmade burger, salads, butcher's sandwich. Nothing special in terms of taste really. Butcher's sandwich has raw meat , beware. I had one bite and that's it. They should really tell about that in the menu or when you order :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food were good (except for the green curry). Staffs were nice. Everything was okay, but sometimes service was a bit slow. Waited for the bill for 20 minutes (and the staff forgot).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever had at this restaurant. Our table of 8 was completely forgotten about. We had to walk to the kitchen to ask someone to take our order after 30min of being seated. Had to do the same to get water. It took 2 hours to get our food and pay our bill. Farmer's Salad was underwhelming. No opportunity to order anything else because the server never came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, the back room was way to bright, way too much light.. I miss the ambiance of the old back room.. but food was ok. Drinks too, they were just ok. The host was very nice, he wished me happy birthday like 5 times! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I really enjoyed our experience dining at JOEY Bentall One. The food was delicious. I had the steak and ravioli, and my partner had the blackened chicken. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake and a mango daiquiri which were awesome as well. The only minor downsides to the night was that my steak was undercooked for my liking because I asked for medium and it was very rare in the centre, and we felt like some of the staff were a little cold towards us. In general we were very impressed by the food and will return!
