M	Martin Rimorin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service Good quality Large portions. Cute little chairs outside, inside of the bovine is kinda small but looks cute and clean reminds me of NYC. Steak bowls are awesome pretty cheap and good portions for $12. You can really tell that the management is efficient and organized even for such a small space.
A	Art Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told the menu was inspired from trips to Japan and their local dishes. I had the roast beef bowl and it was pretty tasty. The beef may look rare but it was neither bloody or the texture rubbery which is the way I like it. The overall size of the bowl was quite large and there was quite a bit of food however it didn't taste very heavy. I could see quite a few surrounding people stopping in to pick up a quick bowl.

C	Carson Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small Japanese-inspired rice bowl restaurant delivers bold flavours at relatively cheap prices in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We ordered the roast beef bowl and the special of the day which was shrimp and steak. The roast beef came with a poached egg and a miso based sauce. I would say the flavours were good but not outstanding. I felt like the beef could've been marinated more to bring out more of an umami flavour. However the crisp veggies and the rice complimented the beef well. The steak and shrimp bowl had more of a butter-based sauce that was creamy and rich. The shrimp was slightly more undercooked than I would like but the steak was brilliant. Overall, a good lunch spot that's good for a quick grab-and-go.

Love that they sous vide the egg to get that perfect egg yolk action ?. The decor is on point: cute, modern, and rustic all at the same time! I had the roast beef rice bowl today, but gonna come back and try the steak and daily features. Update: had the special sweet chili salmon bowl, XL Steak Bowl and since my first visit and everything was super delicious.
