★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call the telephone provided and waited for 25 minutes for the operator. With this been said, she did not know what to do and transferred to someone else who phone line indicated to leave a message. Now have been waiting two days......a little bit ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Trust as Trustee refused to provide resources for medical care for the beneficiary. Royal Trust spent an exorbitant amount of the Trust monies on legal fees in acts of discrimation. The beneficiary has filed a BC Human Rights Tribunal complaint due to the denial of medical services. Royal Trust before BC Supreme Court to explain why they spent excessive monies on legal fees.
