Definitivamente el tema burocrático en el Peru es bien complicado.Ojalá puedan hacer una mejora. Otros países simplifican el proceso ahorrando tiempo y dinero.
 Nobody is picking up the phone. They don't have a professional way to respond.
Definitely the bureaucratic issue in Peru is very complicated, hopefully they can make an improvement. Other countries simplify the process saving time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca responden el teléfono y si te responde el correo no responden las preguntas que haces. Si no van a ayudar para que existe esta oficina que creen que solo ellos están ocupados...
They never answer the phone and if they answer the email they don't answer the questions you ask. If they are not going to help so that this office exists they think that only they are busy ...
