β β β β β The Edmonton branch of the Bowra group should be avoided. Terrible customer service, and they do not respond to emails. Be cautious when you rent from them, since you probably will not get your deposit back. They will hide from you and make excuses on why they cannot return your money.

β β β β β Your staff are the absolute worst. I cancelled our memberships back in June/July, and you have the audacity to contine to draw money from my bank account? Shame on you, you have lost a lot of business from many clients who will never return to you. You keep putting the blame on other people, and can't even refund me back over $140 in charges? Garbage business.
