A	Ana Moaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great patio and food was awesome! We got a table immediately and the food also came out fairly fast. The view and ambiance is incredible. Our server was Annie and she was so friendly and always checking in on us. Annie - I hope you win the contest!!! I was reading some of the reviews and I think people are forgetting that restaurants were closed for so long and I believe it was the manager (I’m not sure of his name) that was telling us how he hired brand new staff so everyone is starting fresh. It will take time and practice to perfect but regardless we had an amazing experience.

I had the chicken and waffles as well and I found the coffee sauce strange. The best thing about them is the ice cream shop. We always go to The Fix when we're in the area. The patio was such a chill environment.

The food portion was quite generous well and super delicious. I couldn't believe a chicken sandwich have so much both flavors and yet juicy. The patio view was also awesome. Overall, what a great experience. 100% coming back to visit!

I had the waffle chicken sandwich and It was possibly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Home fries weren't my style but still good. The staff is where they lost me. My waiter was not attentive at all and I went without water until I had to get up and ask for it. On a day that it was already 30 degrees out. The hostess walked past my table continuously and looked miserable every time. Other staff walked past my table and had to of seen empty glasses and no one would even look in my direction or meet my gaze for attention. It was very disappointing and that poor level of service is unusual downtown. I'm looking forward to going for a late night dinner and drinks this weekend hopefully the experience is better. Update: I went back the following Friday to give it another chance. We got there just before 10 and was told by the hostess that the last call for food was at 9:30 and last call for drinks was at 10:30. That doesn't make any sense to me. So I went next door to Goodmans and had some food and drinks and ended up spending 140 dollars there. I won't be returning to Joe bird again.
T	TPMT Associates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good atmosphere with a lot of good vibes from the customers, the staff and the food. Creative menu and a good take on old classics. I’m glad we waited without a reservation- they called us when the table was ready while we walked around on a nice Friday night. The service was excellent the serve kept coming back to check on us since the food took a lot longer than usual but once it came, the food was very flavorful. Cute idea to have an ice cream stand be part of the restaurant. Will definitely come back to enjoy the food n view
T	Theresa K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bird sandwich comes with a very healthy portion of chicken and a variety of sides to choose from. Chicken can be your choice of grilled or fried but I can only speak to the fried version - it was excellent. The brussels sprouts as a side was also quite sizeable but more importantly, the sprouts were crispy, sweet, and tart. If you’re getting take-out, pick up from the cute little truck parked inside the building, just outside the indoor restaurant entrance.
R	Riz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for brunch few months back before the lockdown. First of all the atmosphere is very trendy and welcoming. We got seated right away even though restaurant was very packed. Server came and took our order but food didn’t arrived in for next 40 min. I ordered fried chicken and waffles. Fried chicken had really unique flavour and it tasted amazing. Waffles and salad were great too. Overall we had a great experience other than had to wait awhile for our food.
