★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While doing our cross Canada adventure, we knew that we would need service on our rig.
Once we knew we were going to be in Sudbury during business hours, we googled a shop to spontaneously stop at.
Jim's automotive service is the one we chose, and told them we were being spontaneous, and could we get on their schedule.
They literally took our rig immediately into their shop, rotated our tires and changed our oil in a very responsive and professional way.
We took a 2 km walk around the local neighborhoods, and when we got back it was ready to hit the road.
This is a family run business, and we highly recommend it not only for their professionalism but they're very fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an oil change and a mechanical check done on my truck, they missed so many issues it’s ridiculous. Then they charge extra for all the issues they didn’t catch the first time when doing the repairs. THEN(as if that wasn’t bad enough), after I got my truck back I drove it for about an hour when I smelt something awful and I started seeing smoke coming from my engine bay!! They overfilled the oil and after I told them they just denied it happened and said it was my fault somehow. Disgusting professionalism and just overall malpractice. The short moral of this story is: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
