I am sure that I am not alone in saying that not being able to go to the hair dresser during Covid has been difficult. Yesterday, September 27th, I had the pleasure of going to see Jessica and being treated like royalty. The store was clean and bright and had the proper questions at the door along with hand sanitizer. I was impressed by the stations that were divided by plastic barriers.
Jessica is both professional and polite. She has an artistic flare that is evident in her ability to work with her clients to see what it is they want for the outcome of their visit. My hair is very long and thick and often during salon visits it would become tangled and thus I would come away with a bad headache. Not this time!! She was very knowledgeable and was able to use different technique, equipment and products so my hair was not pulled. I really liked the fact that she was so open to working with me to see exactly what I would like. It is often hard to find people who love what they do and do it well but Jessica possess both of those qualities. I never felt rushed and at the end of it I felt pretty and younger. I am excited to have her as my stylist and look forward to the experience again.

Jessica is a fantastic, professional, and a skilled hairdresser and stylists. The salon is always clean and staff are always friendly. I highly recommend her and first choice in the Algonquin square for you next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Terri for the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Massive chunks of hair left all over my head and a different (and way uglier) cut than I had asked for. Completely ruined my hair and my whole appearance for the next month until my hair grows out of this disgusting "style". Not sure if this has anything to do with the business but I am extremely upset with what this stylist did to me.

She is friendly and always remembers about my allergies and takes that into account when using products or suggestion new ones to try. I recommend Jessica and this salon.
