★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s unbelievable how someone can leave their seven month old baby here to come back only to find they have a broken leg. And for them to “not know” what happen is ridiculous. Someone knows something, and needs to step up! DONT LEAVE YOUR BABIES ALONE HERE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrid parking. Only a handful of parking spots for trucks. I guess a regular truck is oversized. Then I had to try to figure out how to get to the children's hospital from oversized parking. Made us late for our appt. Even though the staff were understanding, I don't recommend the hospital as it created an extremly stressful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The paediatric surgery unit is phenomenal. Besides the actual surgeons, the greatest asset to our day was the “child life therapist” Carly.
Taking my toddler for surgery by myself was stressful. He was crying, trying to run away, get into everything, and scared when he would see doctors/nurses.
She came in to the room with toys and kept my little guy busy. I was able to focus on what the doctors were saying, rather than chase after a toddler. I can’t say thank you enough for not only making the day less scary and more fun for him, but also taking a load off of my shoulders!! Thank you thank you thank you Carly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility, very quiet labor and delivery rooms.
Not impressed by the mass amount of staff. I had a new nurse/doctor/resident every couple hours and had to repeat myself multiple times while being disrupted during rest after my baby was born. Each staff member seemed to have a different opinion, it was not consistent care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. While the doctors and nurses team was so awesome, beside treatment they know how to provide emotional and curtesy support to patients. The lady working at childminding at moms and kids daycare inside hospital was a great person. She supported us very well. My child was so comfortable with her and I was so glad how well she jelled with her just in single sitting. On the next day my child wanted to be with her instead of being at home. Special Thanks to childminding caretaker (you are awesome and so cheerful person)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our second baby here, Little nervous about the procedure. The nurses are like angels. They took care of the baby and mother with lots of love. We are gifted to have their service. 5 star is not enough to define. Thank you so much... Once we establish ourselves we want to donate for this wonderful hospital. Highly recommended. You will see living God's ?
