A	Alexandre Charest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the Diamond Heist with 2 friends. IMO it's the perfect introduction to escape rooms. We escaped with 10 minutes to spare. Not too hard but still very satisfying and a good variety of puzzles. We didn't use any hints, but the rules on them are still worth mentioning: we were told you get unlimited hints BUT if you use more than 3, you don't count towards the statistics of people who solved the room even if you escape. I think other places just allow 1-3 hints. The staff know the puzzles really well and also gave us recommendations for the next rooms to try based on difficulty. Also we had the room to ourselves which was great. I think it's a new-ish policy that bookings are automatically private, and I hope it stays that way!

J	J Hyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great time! I recently organized an escape room outing at Jigsaw as part of a bachelorette party and could not have been more pleased. Matt was super accommodating as I needed to change the number of people in our group a few times before our booked date. Then, due to a motor vehicle protest downtown and subsequent traffic issues, several members of our group arrived about 30 minutes late for our booked escape room. The hostess was incredibly sweet and understanding, and proceeded to walk us through the escape room instructions without any hassle. Our group of friends had a fantastic time solving our escape room and would love to return to do another one soon!

They sure do love their 4 digit locks, and I feel they were used way to much. Other than that the room was amazing, and the theme was very good. Just my kid and his friend went, and they didn't make it out in 1 hour but the staff gave them some extra time.

Over all, I felt like the complexity of the puzzles were fun but it lacked a little bit of story telling that I would have appreciated given the context of the room. Think they could definitely take it to the next level with a little bit more story telling or role play. Host was very friendly and overall, was a great experience to try.

Great team, and very cool room! We completed the Pirate's Code, which was very well set up and definitely the most interesting and interactive room any of us had ever encountered! Would definitely recommend, as we're all excited to visit again!!

They have a deal with a bunch of local, really good restaurants to get a 15% discount on your meal with an escape room booking and we made good use of it. The room itself was very fun and the puzzles are very interactive. The story was well presented and very engaging. They also give a healthy time to solve the rooms, so while there is the expected time pressure, you don't feel rushed like with other escape room companies. 100% recommended!
