This is my fourth time going to jiffy lube i like the service they provide. They actually take their time to check everything and advice with the customer, not like other shops. I love this place. they should be called jiffy luve.
o	oberstoftogen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like taking my car to Jiffy Lube (formerly Lube-X). The staff are exceptionally courteous and very efficient, and I'm always in and out in a few minutes with no appointment. If that weren't enough, not even having to get out of my car is ridiculously convenient. The only downside (and the reason for the 3-star rating) is that their staff don't know what kind of oil to use (which seems odd for an oil change shop) so be sure to look it up in your vehicle's manual before you go. The first time I went in I told them to put in "whatever the dealer would use" and they put in partial synthetic. I looked it up when I got home and it turns out the dealer actually uses conventional oil. Partial synthetic won't cause a problem, but according to the dealer the extra cost doesn't come with any benefits at all considering my car, what I use it for, and the time of year I had it done. Jiffy Lube might want to consider making a list of the oil used in common cars to have handy in case future customers also don't know what oil to use. There is often a coupon on their website for $5 off partial or conventional, and $10 off synthetic. They will typically give it back to you so you can use it next time.

It was quick, clean, affordable and I even got a military discount. I highly recommend this establishment for your vehicle needs. Personal Note: If he tells you "You're the man!" he's actually asking you "the year of the van?" and not complimenting you.

I also love how they gave me a total price amount before just doing the work and slapping the price on me at the end.
