About Lacombe Auto Service Centre (2A Auto Service) - NAPA AUTOPRO
Donnie and Elaine Lysons are long time residents of the Central Alberta area. They moved from the Vermilion area back in 1996 to farm by Crestomere. Since then they have run a variety of commercial endevours and have served as volunteers for a few organizations in the area. Many local farmers will remember them as the local Environmental Farm Plan facilitators. The curling community knows them from the club or as a Junior curling Coach. Some folks know them from previous business dealings. They bought the shop from Dave and Corrine Boere in March of 2018. They recognized that the Boere’s had a built a successful business based on trust and good service for 18 years… they were looking for an opportunity that was built on exactly that backbone. They work to continue to offer that same level of service and have also helped the shop evolve to using more modern software and hardware tools which will enhance the staffs ability to service our clients. The staff are instructed to treat every vehicle like it’s their Mothers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to Lacombe and I needed to have the AC recharged in my Jeep and decided to give Lacombe Auto a try based on their reviews. I was not disappointed they completed an inspection prior to recharging and discovered that the compressor was failing. They called and let me know their results and what the options were along with prices. They were able to get parts and rescheduled the repair. They communicated clearly and kept me well informed. Their shuttle service is great and they also followed up after service to see if I was happy with the repairs. I will use their service in the future.

The included inspection completely took me by surprise and was very detailed and thorough. Although I was already aware of most of the concerns, I did not feel as though they were pushing for anything and I felt as though I was being taken care of as a customer. Their prices are incredible and the staff were personable and knowledgeable. Incredible service!

When the car goes in for an oil change, they check the whole vehicle to see if anything requires attention. I was very thankful that they reminded me that my rear brakes needed replacing!

I had it towed to Lacombe Auto Service and they found the problem and quoted a price.Even though they were very busy and I was a new customer they were excellent in repairing my problem. They also worked with my extended warranty company and the repair was covered. The final price actually came in below their quote,very nice change to what I have experienced with other companies. They are an excellent company with honesty integrity and great workmanship. I will definitely be using them for my vehicle work and I highly recommend them!

Upon inspection they found it to be extremely unsafe and even helped me get all of my money back. They were so caring and honest, helpful and compassionate. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
