I had a chance to deal with Gary Moe Dodge recently in my search for a Ram 1500. Current world events and a shortage of silicon has made this purchasing experience different than any of my previous buys. Gary Moe Dodge, or more specifically, Ryan Dollar and Dean did everything they could to try and secure the transaction. They communicated well, were very understanding of my wants/needs and most importantly, seemed like they genuinely cared for me as a client. It's unfortunate that I wasn't able to conduct my purchase with this fantastic team, and things really started to move fast over the weekend as things came into play and the pieces of the puzzle came together. I was left in a situation where I could leave with a vehicle that checked nearly all the options that I needed today, or wait for a factory order that could be a three to four month wait. I guess several factors really played into my decision, none that were caused by Gary Moe or the team here, but merely the market volatility in general and how rare it is to find a vehicle that has: adaptive cruise control, a panoramic sunroof, and no air suspension. I opted for the instant gratification option, with a great understanding of what I am sacrificing and/or gaining. Ryan was very understanding, and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a FCA vehicle in the future. Who knows, I may need to be in the market again at some point in time as my wife will be needing a new vehicle in the near future. Gary Moe will be the first team we go to because of the positive, no-pressure approach they have. Awesome place. Live 1000 km’s away from this dealership and they got done in half hour what our local dealership still hasn’t got done after 2 months. Just bought a truck from local dealership in Saskatchewan and front differential went in it within 10 days of buying it. They didn’t carry the parts to fix it and wouldn’t source them properly to get my truck back on the road. Talked to the Gary Moe parts team very friendly people and professional at their job. They answered the phone and got back to me right away with all the details on cost, freight and arranged shipping. Very good people and very professional. These guys aren’t your typical sales guys. They are so personable and easy to talk to, Funny and real. Kerry along with all the guys together to get the ball rolling we’re amazing to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. It’s a completely different experience than the usual “sales guys”. To be honest, why would they be any different. Your spending literally thousands of dollars. Why would you want some arrogant guy telling you what he thinks you need or want? These guys listen to you. And get you what YOU want.

The team at Gary Moe Chrysler is exceptional. Dean and his team are amazing. It's very comfortable inside the store including all entities, sales, parts and service. I factory ordered a 2021 Rubicon 4XE and the experience was amazing. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole time during the process. Adding parts and accessories was seamless. The financial side of the sale was top shelf. No surprises, just an honest discussion and fairness across the board. The whole team deserves accolades. The only downside of this dealership is the aged showroom, lot and service facility. Well, don't panic, a brand new facility is in the works.
