★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor emergency service. Outdoor bay was empty. 30 foot tandem dual trailer. 1 flat and 1 with a nail in it. Loaded with hay for delivery and they said they couldn’t repair tires till late afternoon. It was 10:30 am. I give it a thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh and his crew at the back were amazing! My car had trouble in the middle of highway running 115 and suddenly there was a loud noise from below, it was my mud guard coming off! Good thing we were near Fountain Tire Lacombe so I turned my hazard on and driving slow like 40 till we reached there. The staff were all accomodating and looked into it right away. They advised me to go back to the last shop I brought my car for oil exchange as they didn't secure the bolts tight enough that's why it came off! Thanks so much for the prompt attention and for the very welcoming atmosphere at your shop! All the best!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered and booked winter tires for my new car. I was told on the phone when booking the appointment that it would take less than half hour. When I show up for my appointment at 3pm I'm told it takes around two hours to install new tires and configure tire pressure monitors. My new vehicle has an app that shows excatly when your vehicle was moved last. My car was not moved into the shop until 4:30. I wasted an hour and half at McDonald's waiting for my vehicle that was just sitting in their parking lot. Next time be honest with your customers if you're behind, And maybe realize that vehicles have apps that share location. I won't be back after buying four sets of tires in three years. I received a call at 4:50 pm and was advised the tires don't even fit in my car. I asked the guy why they didn't know this at 3 when my appointment was and he proceed to lie to me again. Very unprofessional, poor service. Be honest.
