Well lit with lots of cameras, we had an amazing experience with the facility and the customer service provided to us by Roberta, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making our decision! thank you mini mall for hiring someone with excellent customer service.

I liked the fact that it had alot of security cameras around the facility. It was also a pleasure to meet Roberta, she made the move in process a breeze and answered all my parents questions. Which made them feel comfortable about storing their belongings at this facility.

She was available to me whenever I needed anything. We had a larger unit and it was clean when we moved and the grounds were always cared for. Felt safe leaving my belongings there. They are a great company.

She's the best to talk to if you ever need a small or large storage space, she is there to listen to your concerns and needs. I never had issues, the security is great for your belongings and the fact that the place is always clean and looks nice, I keep coming back for when I need the space I don't have, I recommend anyone to go to Mini Mall Storage.

I appreciate that the indoor facility is brightly lit at all hours of the day, and that it now has security cameras and keyless entry at all hours. The trolleys are somewhat difficult to maneuver around corners, so it would be helpful if corners could be more cut back than they currently are. I very much appreciate that there are trolleys however.

First of all I was able to reserve a unit which was clean and perfect for what I needed online. The site has a space calculator that worked great for figuring out how much space I’d need for my stuff. I was also able to take part in a promotion that gave me a month free! The day I went in to check it out I was having a really hard time emotionally. Roberta was so kind, she shared some of her own story with me. She encouraged me that even though I was feeling anxious and unsure about things in my life, that things would get better and there were still good people in the world. She is like a ray of sunshine:)) She explained all my options to me very carefully and personally showed me the unit and the yard. I felt confident knowing that not only were the yard and the unit secured with cameras and sufficient fencing etc. But also that I knew Roberta would be checking each lock on her rounds to make sure nothing had been tampered with. All around great service!! Couldn’t be happier and sometimes all it takes is a little kindness from someone like Roberta to brighten up someone’s outlook and not feel so alone. Thanks Roberta! Thanks mini mall for employing her:)) she’s a keeper.

Roberta is and has always had a smile and warm greeting every time I step inside the facility. She truly cares about the customers on levels I have never seen before. I am so happy to have my treasured belongings here and hope that the company realizes how important she is to the business. Simply put without Roberta it is just another storage place.
