Now that the building is under new ownership, policies have changed. They quote $54 for outside storage but according to the manager, (this is a direction quote from the manager)
"Mini Mall Storage charges a minimum fee of $ 100.00 plus HST."
They may quote you $54 but will present you with an invoice for $113.00.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jodi and Wanda are both super to deal with. The building is clean, organized and friendly with ample parking. The front office we rented had a beautiful window and ample sunlight and was all inclusive for everything we needed. We enjoyed our time leasing here and would recommend it.
