★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered rims tires the rims would be a few days, after a week was told the rims were there but waiting for tires. they saposta find out when but no return call so went in, then was told the tires were back order and not sure when, by then I was about to head north for work so just canceled. I will be going elsewhere when I get back. very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very happy with all of the service staff when we had our new ALL WEATHER tires put on. Bobby, the service guys, all did a FANTASTIC and Caring job on my wife's car. I did get a bit of a sticker shock with the wheel alignment though. It was about double what I was quoted even with knowing that the shim on the back axle had to be installed. I thought it was part of the original quote but found out at the checkout that it was not.
I will certainly continue to shop and trade with Kal Tire. We have more tires to buy and because of the AWESOME service and much of the pricing will continue to be a customer with these guys!

I used their website to select the tires I wanted which was a very slick experience and then it allowed me to book an appointment at my local store in Wetaskiwin. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very pleased with the new tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Kal Tire provide such wonderful service for our family. They are friendly and skilled as they take care of our many older vehicles with both tires and mechanical work. They are very thorough, yet don’t charge for things that aren’t required. I highly recommend this business!

I went to Fountain Tire yesterday to have my summer tires put on and they were rude, and a series of unfortunate events occurred with them being unprofessional and not completing the job right. So I went to Kal today and they were friendly, professional, and fixed the problem that Fountain had created and took the time to explain to me all things that next door didn’t . These folks will definitely be getting my family’s business from now on! Thanks to Matt and his awesome team!
