K	Kahilil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Too many issues with Tony’s towing to fit in this character count , Would not release my vehicle when I came to pick it up , causing it to stay there for a few more days , and then expected me to pay the extra fees for storage when they were supposed to release it days earlier , Contacted my lawyer & as of now, I am seeking legal action against Tony’s towing. Again.. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Because of Ken I was able to get my vehicle back in rapid time. He did what he came to do (change a tire), but he was kind and supportive to my family while I was out of town. It was much appreciated. Because of Kens service, I would definitely choose Tony's towing for any of my future service needs. Thanks Ken, I wish I could tell you in person.

Instead they decided to keep it in their impound lot incurring charges daily without advising me. I called to find out why it hadn’t been towed to the repair shop they said it would be towed. Three days later it still has not been towed. I called again and they hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and lie right out to add more charges.

They arrived within 45 minutes of AMA being called and provided us with excellent customer service. Being stranded on the side of the QEII is not a great experience so we really appreciated the prompt response and courteous service.
M	Marck Vallen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would... They are a rip off! Car ended up in the ditch, no damage, drivable but stuck, and with no cell service. An RCMP officer helped us out but called them after taking us back to the detachment... Tony's came and towed the car out of the ditch and back to there compound. They would NOT allow us to pay for and take the vehicle because there "office" was closed, and because it was the weekend we would have to wait till Monday. Called Monday to make arrangements to get the car and they refused to release the vehicle. They kept the thing until Thursday putting off the pickup with different excuses. Then they charged storage fees on top of the tow. The storage fees were completely unnecessary, the only reason it stayed was because of them. When I tried to argue the point they didn't care and said "everyone pays storage fees no matter what the reason is." They are incredibly rude, uncaring, and in my opinion scammers that do anything to make a buck.

They over charged me 4x on a tow and didn't fill out paperwork properly to send insurance. They won't fix their paperwork and hung up on me. I wasn't rude when I asked if they can change the form. And I had gotten the paperwork by text. Save yourself the time and use a more professional company. Not someone who will hang up on you when you ask to fix their mistake.
