D	David OS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope you won't get rip off from here. My parent went there only for quick engine oil check, but ended up paying so-called whole check up that wasn't done. They marked engine oil replacement 5000km with the car that is not suppose to be, and that engine oil change wasn't even fully done. They wrote coolant level check as ok, but that coolant wasn't even there - we found out the coolant was empty next day. They wrote so-called check and billed $200 something to my parent who don't really know about the car service. DO NOT get your car there. They will RIP you OFF.

The Gentleman helping me alerted me to a flat rear tire, damage to tire and the dangerous condition of tire. I was planning on heading home to Osoyoos the following day so this was a shock. He then recommended a couple of tire places and gave me detailed directions. I am so thrilled with the level of service I received. I wish I knew his name but a HUGE THANK YOU for looking out for my safety.

The fact that I can trust the oil products that they are putting in my car and they actually do everything they checked off the inspection list. Great showing me items and the why's, needs attention. Also the first time ever (in a quick lube business) my cabin filter was looked at. Great job. Thanks ....

Did my own oil change- after 1200 km oil came out filthy and filter was tiny with minimal filter material. The oil pan bolt was damaged as well. Doubt they even put clean oil in. Lousy quality filter and oil and now my engine is damaged. Crazy high mark up on filters and oil. Here is a photo of the filter in the box of the filter I put in - the filter I put in filled the box

The fellow who took care of me today seemed to really know his stuff, and I got great service. In and out in less than half an hour. Thank you Dan ?
L	Lisa1997 B.C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever been serviced in BC mainland since I lived in Canada for 12 years. The manager name is “Dan”. Three months ago, I went there for a brake check, their technicians said I should change my brake pads and plates, so I followed their recommendations and paid around $800 and asked them to changed my rear left light bulb also. Unfortunately, their technician even forgot to re-install my light bulb cover nut back on to my truck. After I find I missed that nut, and I drove back to their shop to ask them to install a right nut for my truck, no need to put an original nut, I said as far as they give me the right size nut, it will be fine! The manager “Dan” keep playing language game with me for hours and made me drive back to the shop for more than three times, but he didn’t solve the problems till now.

All lights ,back and front were checked, and tire pressure . It was professional and friendly, and I recommend this ? place!!

Even the guy staffing the place was sitting out in his car. He seemed annoyed that I had disturbed his break or whatever. As I rolled into the bay, he rudely insisted that I put on a mask. I WAS SITTING IN MY OWN CAR WITH THE WINDOWS UP. Right then I decided I did not give them my business. I will never go there again and do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I drove to a competitor who were welcoming and very professional. It really isn't that hard to offer good friendly service. Take note Jiffy Lube.
