I had the sparsest, overplucked brows and never knew how to shape my brows or fill them in - it used to be such a stressful morning/makeup process for me. Going to Jess, saved me! I was so nervous about getting my eyebrows powder ombre tattooed, but she was so patient, guided me through the entire process, and made sure that I loved my shape and colour before doing anything. She made me feel so at ease and I put my trust in her completely to give me the best shape that suited my face, and I am so so so happy with the outcome!! Her professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail is truly unmatched! I only regret not getting it done sooner :)

When she started to map my brows she did not rush at all. She took her time and she is attentive to detail! Even the slightest hairstroke of a difference she ensured I was satisfied before she started. Her technique is pain free I even took a nap! I went to her again for my touch up and I am so happy with her service, professionalism and skills.
