★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was ok, the lady that helped me was really good, only thing is their eyebrow thread was very different, caused me a lot of pain and gave me skin cut on one side of brow. They should get good quality threads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place for waxing. I was pretty concerned about going there because it was my first time ever but my experience has been amazing. The staff is very friendly. I got my services done from Rav and she did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment time was 11am and we were only attended at 1pm. The staff has no sense of greeting and has a very cold attitude, or they’re simply racist
Above all , they were NOT AT ALL apologetic for the delay and carried on with their attitude. There’s just one person carrying out hair appointments and the others are no help. They can definitely do a lot better with the customer service

I was greeted by a lady by the name of Sweetie she was so nice and so welcoming on top of that she did a excellent job on my brows I was so happy. I will be a retuning customer if your ever in the area don’t hesitate to check out this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don’t leave reviews even if I didn’t like the place, but this is an exception. I had gone there a week before my wedding to get waxing done. They do not make it comfortable for you and they waxed my face even though I had said I have sensitive skin. I broke out immensely before my wedding and my makeup artist did her best to cover it up and it still wasn’t enough. The waxing left bumps on my skin for all my wedding events. I even asked to do my eyebrows but the lady convinced me to do the entire face so they get more money. Despite all of that, they had asked me to leave a 5 star review but I would 0 stars if I had a choice.

I am in love with this place! Sweetie is the absolute best, she is VERY good at her job. She is careful, thorough, makes you feel comfortable, and she is very pleasant. I have no skin irritations, bumps or bruising, great prices, and service.
