★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest down to earth company. You can speak to the owner anytime and he will actually come out and see you. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Reduced our overall budget and got our building back in order. Residents can approach Manager for any questions without any resistance.

They don't return messages, have a hard time keeping track of records (i.e. condo fees that have been paid), and are consistently late with communicating important information (i.e. Condo board packages, updating fees for the next year, requests for a building key replacement).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because head office somewhat cares. The staff they put in my condo are unhelpful at best. Their so called "property manager" hands out fake notices and when asked about it of course does not respond as they know they're not competent at their job and have zero proof to back up any of their claims on their "notice". If you want to contact the office, good luck with that, even if its during their own office hours that they set but they won't pick up the phone. Only way to reach them is through head office.
