★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuna and Dipta are amazing to work with. My Condominium Corporation hired quite a few different property management companies over the past few years. Most of them justified unnecessary expenses to increase the maintenance fees. The corporation hired Dove Square Property Management in March 2017 and are very pleased with the quality of service. Dipta visits the complex on a regular basis and handles all owner/tenant issues on time. They manage the corporation funds very effectively. I highly recommend Dove Square Property Management to any condominium corporation looking for a good Property Management company.

When they are planning a project in you community, they are responsive and are willing to talk about concerns. They did an excellent job planning out road re-pavement and make sure the project was done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have resided in my condo since 2005. Since this time we have had a number of condominium managers. Since 2016, Dove Square have managed our property. Many improvements to the building have resulted, enhancing the value of our homes. These have been completed in a cost-effective way. Our strata fees have increased only minimally. I have found the management staff to be very knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to feedback from home owners. Kudos to Kuna and his team.
