Unfortunately it took a lot of time to fix. Jag kept me informed at all times of the status. While I was there, I observed many mechanics working very hard. I'm impressed. You will be too! I will be back and I will recommend you guys. Thanks for an awesome experience!

The tires were pre-ordered and arrived as scheduled. The price for the tires was also very competitive, I got an estimate from 3 other shops before deciding to go with JIT auto, they offered the lowest price out of the 3 I called for the same tires. They were also very helpful on the phone, in selecting the right brand of tires for my car. They owner was very informative about tires. He answered all my questions and provided further information for what I should look for in winter tires, even if I wasn't going to buy the tires from them. Thanks for being so helpful! Great service :)

I had an issue with my car starting and I went to a mechanic close to my house who told me that I needed a new batter and alternator. I decided to double check with Jit, and it turned out to be a very minor issue with my terminals on my battery not being tight. They fixed it on the spot free of charge and I've been going back ever since. Thanks guys!

The staff is extremely talented and very knowledgeable. They’ve been my go to shop from when I’ve had my old almost broken down car, to my brand new car I just got last month. I will not go anywhere else. The staff collaboratively have maintained and continue to maintain their quality service, advice, affordable prices, and overall professionalism every time I go in. Double thumbs up to such a great team!!

I like to research, ask a lot of questions, and have mechanics show me why they came to their conclusion in the diagnostic phase, and they always give me strait, informed answers...gladly...no whiff of ego or attitude. How refreshing. They also do great work, they are efficient and charge a fair price. Never any surprises on my bill. My 10 year old SUV finally runs smoothly again. I’m never going back to my neighbourhood mechanic again. Worth the trip to Woodbridge.

They give you straight up honest advise and great service. After reading the error code on my Audi they asked me to go to the dealer and check if the defective component was under warranty and it was! Jag and Bobby have taken a load off my head when it comes to any auto repair work. Highly recommended!
