★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the truck here a few of times. Everytime has been issues. Never dealt with sales so can't comment on that department, however, the service department really needs some work. Nice people, but the competence level really needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed the truck but they froze my battery because truck sat out there too long and when I my truck back tires where low and missing battery holder and engine light was flashing when I got back because they shorted out my number 5 coil pack and had to change the spark plug too and this after I paid them 2,000 in repairs so don’t go here if you don’t have too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While driving through Edson our vehicle started to make a pretty loud sound. We popped into the Ford dealership where Jody got our Explorer on the lift right away, and showed us the kids room.
15 minutes later and WITHOUT A CHARGE, we were resuming our holiday.
