★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful new facility with top of the line brand new cardio and strength equipment. 24/7 access, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, full ladies only section, kids room, and tanning. fully stock supplement store with a hake bar and clothing lines. Defintely the biggest and best place in town to train!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect gym for my wife and I during our Christmas break in Alberta. We purchased a two week pass and the service reps were very willing to be flexible with us on the dates.
The gym has two full squat/bench racks, preset bar weights (straight and warped), and a full lineup of dumbbells, cardio on the second floor, and machines for any exerciser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym, good atmosphere. Restricted hours makes it tough if you work past 6pm as it closes at 8 for now. Equipment is newer and in good condition. Can get packed quickly as it's not very big.
