Everything looked good so I contacted Jay directly via text message. Within minutes we had an appointment set up. He showed up on time and was polite and respectful. He diagnosed my issue and within minutes had provided me a quote. He said it would take about a half hour. It took a little bit longer (because I alerted him to another small issue I had). The door was fixed and is in working order now - better than it was before. He didn’t charge me extra for the little item I brought up. Thanks for that, Jay! Overall, it was exactly what I was hoping for. Jay seems to be exactly what is missing from today’s world. A small business owner who cares and understands that treating customers well will ensure long term return clients and referrals.
