★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never responds to questions even after follow up emails sent a month later. Then another follow up a month after that. Then another follow up email after that. His team was so concerned about my address that they never bothered to answer my question. I didn't want to disclose all my personal information. They did not respect this.
Finally I emailed another MP in another riding and got a response nearly immediately, even though I wasn't their constituent, they still responded in a timely manner. They didn't care that I wouldn't be able to vote for them. They treated me like a human being, not a vote. I am very disappointed in James Maloney and his office team.

I have had a meeting with James Maloney, he seems to really want to change things and work with the people, listen, kind-hearted, compassionate about our most vulnerable people. His staff have provided quick responses, caring, and helped me with matters. It is great to have him as my MP, he understands he works for us, the people/taxpayers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been contacting his office for the past 1.5 years regarding my wife's immigration, his staff has not done anything else other than getting the status of the file from IRCC. My wife's Permanent residence application will be 2 years this march since its submission. I wonder why i pay all this taxes and people like him does so little.
