Ken is very knowledgable in the hot tub industry, answered all my questions with the upmost precision and connected me to reliable subcontractors. To enhance there business model of "Impeccable Customer Service" the support team is a huge asset.
As far as the Jacuzzi Hot Tub goes. . . it has exceeded my expectations in comfort, operation and it's true hydrotherapy effects.
My experience makes it comfortable to refer people to Juccuzi Hot Tub of Surrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a shout out for one of the product specialists who is excellent! His name is Philip Liscano and he handled himself well from sale right through to post delivery questions. You expect good service when the product is purchased but after is when you really find out what sort of person you are dealing with. We had a minor problem and some initial water quality questions and Philip was always there, happily answering questions and dealing with any issues. Ask for him, you will not be sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the Jacuzzi dealer serving the eastern Fraser Valley, including Hope, Ken and the Art Knapp team have exceeded our expectation in Jacuzzi support and service. We purchased a our Jacuzzi hot tub expecting national brand name quality and service. Art Knapp and Jacuzzi have not let us down. In fact Art Knapp, working very closely with Jacuzzi warranty support, have addressed issues other lower mainland Jacuzzi dealers could not. They didn't have to, but they did. Highly recommend Art Knapp Surrey Outdoor Living.

I had an awesome experience with Ken and Aidan and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. I got a great deal on the premier brand for tubs, delivery was smooth, and communications with the team was great. I received a free fire table with my tub and it had some manufacturing issues that they were able to resolve for me by dealing with the manufacturer themselves. I’ve always dreamed of purchasing a hot tub and the team at Jacuzzi Tubs and Backyard Living helped me realize that dream by simplifying a fairly complex process. 9 months in and the novelty still hasn’t worn off. I’m actually writing this review from my tub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Tradex to see hot tubs. The service, display and prices were rubbish. We stopped at Jacuzzi, saw exactly what we wanted,$7000 cheaper and had super service, promptly from Braden. He was helpful, knowledgeable and even let us sit inside! We bought one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with our hot tub and service provided. Purchased just over 3 years ago with our new home. In the first year the main circuit board had to be replaced as it was wired incorrectly from the factory and presented a fire hazard. Last year the tub started leaking from the elbow joint at the bottom of the filter basket well. The technician who did the repair advised that it was not a normal repair and uncommon. This year it's now leaking from another spot. I'm not sure if this is the "expected" owner experience or if we got a lemon unit.
We went to the store and talked to the staff who asked us to call Ken. My wife called him and he was more concerned with finding out how his phone number had been obtained than listening to the concerns/issues we have with our hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time I got the price list and a phone call from Pavan, she made the process of acquiring a Jacuzzi easy and smoothly. Although I had to wait almost 6 months for the delivery, it’s worth the wait. Right now my relatives are coming to my house often to enjoy the Jacuzzi. It’s a dream come true and the after sale service is excellent. Good job. I even got a free promotional Grill - not sure if the promotion will end soon however.
