★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend Mr.Jacula as your Durham region criminal lawyer. Mr.Jacula managed to overturn my son's suspended sentence and jail time, into a conditional discharge. Even if my son's case became more complicated, than initially thought, Mr.Jacula fought relentlessly for him and got him the best possible outcome.
Mr.Jacula stayed in touch during 17 months that my son's case was in front of Oshawa's court, through either mail, emails or phone calls. He is an experienced lawyer, that played both prosecution and defence sides. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in fighting and defending your case.

Mark Jacula called to advise that they are moving offices and are having glitches in their systems. He was unable to call me. Tonight he called from his secretary's phone. I appreciate the fact that he called to explain, apologize and offer his services if still required. Because I haven't used his service I can't give 5 stars but i want to be fair.
