She kicked me out of the store because I wanted to exchange goods that I bought 10 minutes ago. I'm in shock! Never visit this store!!!!!!!!!!!

She would not confirm whether my package arrived over the phone and when I came it was not there and I asked why she couldn’t check through the 6 packages at her location and she said “I don’t want to.” Only 6 packages to check. Her time is more valuable than her customers’. How she gets any repeat business is beyond me.
E	Ellamae Chua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchy store. It’s a UPS access point for drop off and pick up. They leave your packages on the floor in front or under the aisles. You have to search for your own packages without verifying your ID so technically people can just grab whatever package they want. Customer service is non-existent.

I was there to pick up a UPS package, the lady pointed and asked me to find my own package, I was shocked to see they left the parcels randomly on the floor. I hope I never need to visit this place again..

However, the my package shipped by UPS to this location was returned by the people of this shop with no consideration whatsoever to the people expecting the packages. UPS should remove this location from its website if this location is not willing to be a UPS access point. People of this location who decides to return packages, as a decent human being, should have the courtesy to inform the sender or receiver before returning the packages. Your act of returning the packages blindly may cause major problems to the people sending/receiving the packages. This inconsiderable act will one day come to you to bite you from behind.
M	Maria M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to give a bad rating or review but the service I've got here was horrible. I had a UPS package to pick up. It was my first time here and I was shocked when saw all packages were on a dirty floor just in front of the door (strangers could take anything without notice from the lady who works there). She asked me to check up to 25 boxes to find my package and just stand there and said it has to be somewhere. I didn't find mine but that's no the problem. If you had any contract with UPS make some shelves in the corner where you collect the stuff. Boxes were dirty all around. I hope I would never have to come here.

UPS sent my parcel there, she asked me to search the piles of parcel on my own and didnt check my id. I feel people can just pick whatever they want. I also dropped off a parcel there at the same time. she told me to put it in the front of the store, honestly, any random customers can just take it without her notice. Very scratchy store that i will not recommend to anyone in NY.
