B	Bincy Bobby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the last time we went to PucknWings almost 6 years back it was a great experience. We went for the Half price wings tonight at 6pm. I can say this will be our last trip there. The place is so run down and old. No upgrades or any kind of modern decor. The TVs did not work. There was no music playing. The service was too bad. One server for the whole place. We placed 3 lbs of wings and they brought 2 lbs after like 15 mins of wait and then an additional 10 mins for the third set. Too depressing.

A	Alex Restrepo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys wanted to charge me $10 each for a UFC event. We were a table of 4. I said ok, sat down and ordered a pitcher of beer and an iced tea immediately. We were shocked to then have the waiter come over to tell us, "your final bill has to be more than $25 per person"... I have no problem spending, but I hate being FORCED to spend, AND forced to pay a cover We felt completely disrespected and left. (We drank and paid for our drinks of course) We took our business to Boston Pizza down the road, and they treated us like royalty... No reservation, no cover and no threats of minimum consumption. We ended up spending approx $200 anyways. Spending money was never the problem. Puck n wings, get your Shhhhht together. What a terrible way to do business.
J	Justin Roopnarine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and a good variety of options for any wing cravings. Got the Cajun Wings and Fries, they are pretty good. Pretty good spot to grab a drink and quick meal if you are in the Yonge and Finch area.

When my friends and I arrived, we were told to sit anywhere we wanted— everything was good to start. It had been about five minutes before the waitress came over to take our order. We ordered our drinks to start and she left, but about ten minutes had passed before we had to call/reach out to her to order. Our food eventually came and someone else gave us our food, but he gave my friend my food (and vice versa) by accident. He also gave my friend coke instead of iced tea. During the time that we ate, my friends and I were never checked up on. No one stopped by to ask about the food or drinks— nothing. Towards the end of our meals, we overheard the workers asking other customers if their food was okay? Yeah, we were appalled. I first came here in February with another friend and we had a good time (we also had a different server/waitress). However, this time around was a complete 180. Not sure if I want to go back again!

I	Ivan T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to have wings and beer for a quiet night. We ordered "Dragon" flavor for wings which was sweet and spicy. A pitcher of Sapporo was 25 bucks, so we ordered it as well. The servers can be more attentive. But still a decent place to kill time and chat.
