Through insightful questions and guidance, Jessica was able to quickly unpack these issues in a clear easy manner and then guided me to create a workable plan without being overwhelming.

We have also worked to navigate the uncertainties associated with beginning a new career and overcome the feeling of being stuck during a transitional period. Her process is discussion-based and not overly structured, facilitating organic, fluid dialogue, focusing on personal goals and values.
