Maria is incredibly empathetic and created a space for me to be open and vulnerable with her. I feel much more confident - both personally and professionally - since working with her. She really listened to what my needs were and pushed me to challenge certain behaviors that were holding me back. I cannot recommend her enough.

In just a few short sessions she helped me identify two big things: 1) personality types (and how to work with them), and 2) how to identify saboteurs within myself and others (and also how to work with them). She gives me real (aka: no BS) actionable frameworks to consider and put into practice. I've read books and listened to talks, but working with Maria really brought the points home in a way I can action it. I can't speak more highly of Maria as a coach.

A few of the wisdom that I started practicing right now is to comprehend the meaning behind my feeling. It made me listen more to my body, what my body telling me and what my emotion exactly. Thanks Maria, it was one of the wonderful workshops that I had in my life.
