Great personalized service. Johanne is an experienced and meticulous professional who took care of my daughter with a lot of patience, good humor and gentleness. Easy access location and appreciated parking to compare to the St-Jacques branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secrétaire est très condescendante et ne communique aucune information au client, à ma 1ere visite, j'ai dû attendre 10-15 minutes devant elle à me faire ignorer avant qu'elle n'interagisse avec moi (elle a eu le temps de finir un appel, parler à un technicien et parler de la pluie et du beau temps avec l'autre secrétaire avant de me parler) et à ma 2e visite, elle ne m'a pas dit que le technicien était en retard de 30 min pour un rendez-vous de 30 minutes... le technicien est bien, mais l'orthopédiste avait l'air d'être très peu confiant et me demandait ce que je voulais faire plutôt que de me suggérer un traitement...
Je m'étais fait recommander la clinique par une médecin, mais en rétrospective, je me sentirais plus en confiance ailleurs...
Après 3 mois avec les orthèses, elles fonctionnent très bien, mais le service est vraiment mauvais
The secretary is very condescending and does not communicate any information to the client, on my 1st visit, I had to wait 10-15 minutes in front of her to be ignored before she interacted with me (she had time to finish a call, talk to a technician and talk about the rain and shine with the other secretary before talking to me) and on my 2nd visit, she did not tell me that the technician was 30 min late for a 30min appointment ... the technician is fine, but the orthopedist seemed to be very unconfident and asked me what I wanted to do rather than suggest a treatment ...
I had been recommended the clinic by a doctor, but in retrospect, I would feel more confident elsewhere ...
After 3 months with the orthotics they are working fine, but the service is really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good product mix. What I didn't like was coming in asking for a device which I have been using for a while. They wouldn't sell it without 'making an appointment'. Come on... this is the new retail reality. I just went home and ordered it from amazon in 2 minutes. If brick and mortar stores want to survive , they have to listen ro their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is atrocious. Waited 20 mins on hold to ask a question. When I finally got hold of someone, was put on hold for another 20mins for no reason. Hung up. Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the pandemic, they really should not keep many patients in a small waiting room, waiting to see an orthopaedic dr. The waiting time is over an hour which is not acceptable, apparently the appointments were over booked. The more time exposure in a confined room with other patients, the more chance to contract covic 19. You never know.
Have been to other clinics, the waiting time was no more than 15 min.
