★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently fitted for a brace for carpal tunnel. Called to make an appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service and instructions on how to wear the brace, ice etc. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average customer service. I called 4 times in 2 days--during new COVID hours--to inquire about their services and no one answered. I finally went to the St-Jacques location in person only to be turned away rudely because I had no appointment and I had no prescription. Their woeful website does not indicate that their services are by appointment only and with a prescription only. In addition, there's no way to make an appointment online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was prescribed an arm brace for my hand and was recommended here. Service was pleasant and the wait time was fine.
The braces took a bit of time getting used to because I'd keep hitting my face with it while I was sleeping but other than that it worked well to alleviate my wrist pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had an appointment at 1 o’clock and we are still here in the waiting room waiting for more than 50 minutes now so that’s the reason why give them one star and there’s no other patients we don’t see another patient in front of us but they make us wait for an hour and I asked the receptionist what is the reason she couldn’t answer and she kept us waiting for even longer. The patients without appointment went in before us and then the patient with an appointment at 2pm came in and waited only for 5 minutes.
