Although I experienced initial difficulty, the team recognized my frustrations and implemented solutions for the next generation of those whom it will serve, so I was satisfied, for the most part.

Pretty chocked. Had to wait so long after service just to have my money be stuck in a locked rrsp and to have the interest on hold and can't touch for another 5 years. Unreal. Can't wait to be done and never deal with the iwa again.

There is some difficulty dealing with the company, and it does take some time to do almost anything. But the various staff I talked to over the phone were professional and reasonable, and the company's practices are typical for any business. My only advice to other clients would be to do regular check in's on whatever case you may have, it helps out a lot.

WORST. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I called in for my father in law who is an IWA pensioner (his English not so good so sometimes we help him out). Spoke to receptionist Gina and she sent me to the LTD dept. Not the end of the world, but once I got put back to reception, the lady said it was somehow my fault/error!!??! And basically insinuated my English was not good!!! I demanded her name such that I could feedback to a superior that could remedy such that no-one else feels such belittlement. NO IDEA HOW THIS PERSON IS IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION?????? LITERALLY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I was so dissatified with the service at iwa pension office that I felt obliged to leave one. Since April I have been jumping through hoops to receive my break in service settlement . I do understand there is a lot of paperwork that needs to be filled out and on at least three separate occasions I was told that they had received all documents needed. I went as far as sending my last document which was proof of age and phoning right after to make sure they had received it, which I was told that they did. A month later i phoned again.... probably the fifth or sixth time during the process, only for them to tell me that they were still waiting for my proof of age. So I sent it for a third time and a third time they confirmed via phone they received it..third times a charm? I will have to wait and see. If I could I would give a zero star rating.
