★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days prior calling the centre I had called and left a voicemail for an application but heard nothing. Whoever picked up the phone asked me why I am calling when I didn't send in an application, after explaining to her no one got back to me she told me it's weird and it's probably because my call did not go through but I had left a message...
She then asked me where I lived and her answer to my question regarding wait time was "yeah... probably never" (with an attitude). First off, you blame me for not sending in an application, then with a 'smart answer' of probably never just really crossed the line. The person on the phone was rude, not approachable, definitely not loving or caring. How can I trust them with my child? I didn't even bother listening to her explanation and I hung up. I basically told my husband even if they had a spot there, I would never send our son there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful childcare centre! Teachers are extremely loving and caring, and has helped my child develop positively in a short amount of time. The childcare centre is located on the third floor of the Creekside Community Centre, and is extremely clean and safe. I feel so fortunate that my child is able to attend such a wonderful preschool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter started with preschool in September and moved to day care in November when a spot became available. We have been very happy with the communication, support and organization of the teachers and staff. The classrooms are clean and full of quality toys, the outside play areas are a good mix of gardens, natural materials, play structures and more toys. They head out for walks regularly, rain or shine. It is very much play-based in learning style, but they always have themes and topics that guide circle time and crafts. My daughter is fairly shy in big groups and new situations, and everyone has done a great job making sure she feels safe and connects with new friends. This is our first experience with group school/childcare and feel very lucky to have found such a great organization.
