She did my first ever tattoos and the experience was awesome from beginning to end (i.e. from fast booking/consultation, easy payment method to stunning final product). I was nervous for my first tattoos and was also intimidated by her many tattoos :) but as soon as we have met, I felt comfortable. Jess was easy going, easy to talk to, a very open-minded person with genuine kindness!
As for my tattoos, I wanted a custom tattoo and she was open to my ideas and provided her suggestions and the tattoos came out perfect! My tattoos included words and letterings and they came out very clear and the curves are immaculate. I have received nothing but nice comments. Looking forward to have more tattoos done by Jessica!
Originally from MTL, in French, we would say A+. I am highly recommending ‘Ivy Tattoo Studio’ and Jessica Scott.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For several years, I have been wanting to do a cover up of an old tattoo I got in the early nineties. After a lot or searching, I came across Jessica Scott at Ivy Tattoo Studio. The tattoo that I wanted covered was all black work, so I wanted the cover to also be black\grey, which is Jessica’s specialty. After reviewing Jessica’s past work on her Instagram page, I knew she was the right one to do my cover
My cover will take two sessions, and I have had my first initial visit with Jessica. Her studio is immaculately clean, but also has a very cozy vibe, with a lot of her amazing artwork on the walls. I found Jessica super easy going and enjoyed all our conversations while she was tattooing, which made the process seamed to fly by. She is also incredibly attention detailed which I appreciated. So far, I am very impressed with the initial work done by Jessica, and can’t wait for the finished product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked around for a while before I decided to book an appointment and my research was worthwhile. The work Jessica did was exceptional. It was so good that I was booking another appointment before the first one was finished.
The studio is spotlessly clean and has a great atmosphere. All the Covid and other health protocols are strictly observed. The tattoo equipment is modern and causes less trauma to the skin, so the process is less painful and heals faster.
Jessica is warm and welcoming. Her artistic talent and ability to to translate images and ideas into ink are amazing. She takes the time to ask questions and discuss designs so that the tattoo is not just well executed but a reflection of who you are.
Highly recommended.

She is incredibly talented and her art translates so well to the skin…I don’t think I could imagine going to anyone else from now on. Her work ethic is extremely professional, but her energy and conversation are genuine, easy-going, and hilarious (I have never had 5 hours of pain fly by so quickly). She knows how to make her space special; the art and plant life in her shop are beautiful and help make the experience relaxing. She is easy to open up to and share convo with…the most unique and raw therapy session I’ve had! Ha! told every one of my friends to go to Jessica for their next tat. So thankful to have found her …Jessica will be my tattoo artist for life. Highly recommended ?

She is extremely gentle and knows how to make one comfortable while being tattooed. Not to mention, her designs are incredibly detailed and beautiful. I cannot wait to go back to have my beautiful piece finished! I highly recommend getting tattooed by her.

I’ve just started going to the studio and have already been 3 times since October. Would highly recommend for any cover ups. Can’t wait to go back in February!
