★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what to do to get service from this shop, I've wrote emails, left messages, they've picked up the phone ONCE out of the 10 times I called and insisted they would contact me within a couple days and that was weeks ago, I've been trying to book a consult since the beginning of November and they haven't bothered to contact me. If they have too much work and they cant do it they just should've said, so I couldve used the time finding a shop/artist that could take me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Showed up as a walk-in on a Sunday and Jonas was able to get me and my girlfriend in and tattoo us both. Highly impressed with the quality and price. If you're looking for a quality tattoo in Victoria, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my fabulous tattoo from Lee Conklin yesterday for my birthday. I am in love with my new art and feel like he really listened to what story I wanted to convey. Very professional, great music. I felt that he is a very GENUINE person who I felt completely safe with!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard great things about this shop, which is why I wanted to get the work I wanted done here. I understand the change in how the bookings are done. However, I emailed two artists over a month ago and had not heard anything back until I called the shop. If an artist is unavailable due to Covid or is going on a vacation, that should be communicated with clients who are waiting for a response. The client should not have to call consistently to eventually get these responses. Also, the receptionist was condescending, short, and left me feeling uncomfortable about having any questions at all. Customer service should be important to someone who represents the artists and the shop. Covid is not an excuse to be short with clients. The artists are great, but as a client it’s also important to me how I am treated when choosing to spend my money somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tattoo done at this studio a few weeks ago, and the work I received is lovely! The reason I am reviewing with 2 out of 5 stars is that the person who did my tattoo (who I do not want to name directly, without their opportunity to dispute my claim after reviewing this), smoked a joint during their break in the midst of our session. I love weed, who doesn't? But I did not find this to be a professional practice during a tattooing session. Thank you kindly for the lovely art done, but I won't be back to this tattoo parlour in the future.
