Our belongings were as carefully treated as would we..Steve personally looked over and actually did the moving...I do not have enough words and praise for this company.If you ever need a moving company..call them first and believe me it will be the last one you ever use.

They generously donated their largest truck and two experienced movers to help move furniture for refugees and never batted an eye when things got difficult. They were professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly careful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moving company.

Their service was exceptional, they were punctual, polite and very careful, protecting every piece of furniture they moved. I have had experience with other Victoria moving companies and let me tell you, Provincial Moving & Storage has my business from now on, so look nowhere else!

They are very disorganized, unresponsive, hard to get a hold of and most of all charged me way over what they quoted me. Plus a lot of the time I paid for was their own fault. When they arrived with the piano, they attempted to move it one way first and it was too heavy so they tried a second attempt. I understand it's a difficult item to move, but it's not my fault that they don't know what they're doing. Additionally, I made my appointment for a specific time of day and asked they phone me prior to so I would know how much later they would be and of course the story changed. Really flakey, unreliable, overpriced. Find a more professional company!

Their crew works hard with speed and efficiency. This time was tricky because it involved trading spaces, upstairs and downstairs in a house. It also involved a piano and a heavy bed chesterfield. All were carefully dealt with.

Steve and his team were extremely professional, polite, and pleasant to spend the day with while they were loading up the truck. There were a few challenges with some of our items but never once did they complain or say they couldn't do it. Every piece of furniture made it to our new house in fine condition as Steve and his team took such care in wrapping the pieces carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd to move your belongings. You will not be disappointed. Steve, the owner, is a wonderful, caring, devoted person. You couldn't ask for more.

We had moved three years prior and had used J&L moving who took 8.5 hours to load and unload their two largest trucks with 5 men. When Provincial’s estimate was 9 hours for two large truck and five men, we thought that seemed reasonable. In reality, the move took 12 hours, a 33% deviation. At $200+ per hour, that’s a big chunk of money. The owner ended up taking $200 off cost after I expressed severe disappointment so I give him credit for trying. Use them but be wary of their estimate.
