★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in Fred Tibbs condo 18. Very impressed with the property! The view is second to none and the kitchen is very well equipped. Nice furnishings and a great deck to enjoy morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fred Tibbs ocean condos took my money and gave me no room. I had to cancel the reservation four days in advance, gave them plenty of notice, and politely requested a refund or even partial refund. Full amount was charged to my card, with no attempt at conciliation. I would never stay at a place that treats customers like this again.
