He is easy to reach and helpful with any concerns. He also offers towing and set up / take down at your location as needed. You will not be disappointed in renting one of his three trailers.

He was quick to respond via email and phone, so we could secure a trailer. Days leading up he ensured we had everything we need to hit the ground running. Upon pick up Gerry explained everything I needed to do to have a great weekend. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Although I had limited experience with towing, Gerry was extremely comforting, knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, and of course helpful, which made my trip very enjoyable. The trailer was fully equipped, very clean and of course well maintained. When I arrived at my site, Gerry even went above and beyond to help me through the setup via email because I had forgotten some of the instructions provided and had never set up a tent trailer before. Gerry genuinely cares about his customers experience which for me made the trip enjoyable and memorable. Thank you :)
