They were kind, very educated, honest and their store has a huge selection. Im incredibly happy with the service I received and would be more then willing to leave nanaimo again to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for fish related things. Awesome store. Big selection and decent prices. Lots of bettas, kind of a weird selection of other fish. Some cool ones but lots of the same "dyed fish" another reviewer mentioned.
What made this 4 stars for me is how dollar-orientated the owner(?) seemed to be. Cared more about making a sale than giving the best advice possible. Seemed to brush things off and maybe white lie where convenient. However, he was very knowledgeable and clearly actually like fish.
I've also never seen so many different tanks, fake plants, etc.
Overall, a really cool store. I'll be back.
