★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went camping at lizard lake. Ate nothing but hot dogs and pepperoni's for 3 days straight. This place used to be a Burger King and I painted so hard I put there toilet out of order and they were forced to close down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to exchange some currencies, was told no and went just asking very politely where a location i can recieve help they just told me it wasnt their problem as i was not a customer.... can tell you with that attitude i genuinely never will be. Have a nice day.... though canadians were supposed to be nice, guess not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with previous reviews. Trying to access online was a complete mess, I ended the call very upset. I then went directly to my branch in Duncan. They were not only very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me get everything back in order. Hopefully the online experience will be sorted out soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "upgrades" Coast Capital is making is a disaster!. Nothing but problems hours at the branch and still can't access my account. After being a member for 25 years, I'll be closing my accounts and going to a more user friendly bank. DO NOT open an account with Coast Capital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible mobile app. Customer service is hopeless. Can't log in to sign up. Did I say hopeless? Time to take my business elsewhere. Total frustration. Their star rating should be much closer to 5 , but they are slipping closer and closer to zero and I can understand why. Another thing, I went to a branch office to move some money, not a lot, but substantial, and they made me feel like a crook. Hopeless.........
