Pemberton Holmes has taken away any stress I may have had around renting my home. Recommend them without hesitation. From the finding of tenants, to taking care of any maintenance issues, keeping an eye on the house and the soon coming move out inspection, this company has been a dream.

I strongly encourage any property owners to not use this management company. We've been tenants at a property managed by these people. From not doing proper initial move in inspections to sending unqualified hacks out to do repairs. You will not get your money's worth. Lastly we are still waiting for a damage deposit on a rental that we moved out of on August 18th. That the owner approved immediately with no inspection. We were told we should see a cheque by the end of the following week. Upon following up we find it's just been sent out last week. No big deal it's only 1500$ I wonder how it would go if a tenant was this late and had such a not my problem attitude. I say again. Deal with a more professional company this one is a joke.

I am very disappointed with my experience having Pemberton managing my property. They treated my rental income with little concern and happily seemed to spend it on contractors without consultation or due diligence into issues, e.g. I paid for a chimney sweeping and then two months later was charged again for another sweeping by a different company! They should have gone back to the original company and addressed why there was an issue so quickly, but they didn't, they simply charged me again. Other contractors were significantly more expensive than expected and while I received an excuse when I complained, there was no recourse or options offered- again disappointing when they tout the supposed discounted rates they can pass on to owners because of the size of their operation. Ultimately, their general attitude was not helpful and definitely consistent with the negative reviews posted on here by many tenants.

I had the good fortune to select Pemberton Homes in Duncan to manage our rental property in Ladysmith. Everything you could hope for in management of a high end rental property happened under the assistance of Anna-Maria Brass. All the documentation pertaining to the lease was accurate and on time.Any query emails or calls were answered promptly with the desired information. Additional support was provided for general guidance, any suggested maintenance, and status pictures of the home. I highly recommend Pemberton Homes in Duncan and note my experience with all the staff managed by Marlon Brass was "spot on."

FIVE STARS. They are extremely helpful and answered my questions with consideration to sign over my beautiful home to have them manage my property. Property Manager is very kind and helpful. Helpful in guiding through the process on the previous difficult tenants (not under Pemberton contract at the time) and property finally become vacant. Pemberton Holmes has advertised, did showings, screen process applicants, prompt of reports and they brought peace of mind! Everything has been going so great since! Recommended. Thank you Pemberton Holmes!

Marlon and Anna Maria Brass have been fantastic Property Managers for my home in Shawnigan. Their service is prompt, they have been thorough when I've needed new tenants, and they handle any tenant issues with the owner's interests in mind while maintaining fairness and good relations with the tenants. They always answer my questions and when a repair is needed they give decent quotes through their connections. Too bad we couldn't clone them so they could also manage in Victoria. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work!

These people have not given me my hydro bill in a few months. I keep asking for it and I can't get it. Now I'm going to be screwed for hydro when I get 2 bills at once. They don't take etransfer either so I have to come in and pay cash. This is my first impression of them, and it's not good.
