Very nice gentleman was honest and said they were full then asked what problems I was experiencing and after explaining what was happening he said, "sounds like it needs to be aligned and cleaned and we offer that service for free, please see my boss". Sure enough he was right, boss cleaned and aligned my printer and works awesome again! Thank you so much for your honesty and help, been going here for years and this is a reminder why.

I almost threw out my HP 8600 as all the lower priced refills I was buying on amazon were giving me terrible prints, but after I replaced with Islands refill, the print quality is as good as new! I will be buying all my refills at Island Markham from now on.

However, the owner had a helper (a young man) there and he was suppose to refill my two cartridges, upon arriving home one cartridge was filled about 25% and the other was completely empty. When I phoned the owner to let him know what happened I saw a completely different person from the gentleman I met a year ago and saw in between for refills. Very rude and unprofessional. This business is not close to where I live but I was satisfied with previous purchases so I made the trip to his business and I had to go "three times" and will never go again because of the unprofessionalism I experienced. These are hard times with the Covid Virus causing many businesses to be closed, so if people come to your business you should be willing to accommodate according to the manners of professionalism!
H	Harold Slikk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for toner for a Dell 1110 laser printer - one that is 12 years old and unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued production of toners for this specific printer. I asked the owner of this shop over the phone for one and much to my relief, he has it in stock (even though it was probably the last cartridge he had on hand) and brought it out for me in less than 2 minutes when I dropped by the shop. Trying to find supplies for old and outdated hardware (why throw out something that isn't broken?) while living on a budget because newer products are expensive is a headache on its own, so this was a relief for me. He was also suggesting me to hold onto the printer too, as it stands the test of time (I can confirm, it has never failed on me) and if I need more toner in the future, he can definitely help me try to look for aftermarket parts for it. The entrance to the store is a little bit difficult to find as it's quite hidden and the sign itself is nowhere near as noticeable compared to the ServiceOntario about 3 units to the right of it, but I strongly suggest coming here if you need printer supplies or any problems related to printers. The owner himself is very cheerful and approachable and will definitely help you with anything if you need it or any questions that you might have.

A quick dash over to the Island Ink-Jet & Laser in Markham resulted in a pleasant and helpful experience and the ink I needed, quickly and at an excellent price. It's so nice to have this personal service available in a convenient neighbourhood setting.
