Outstanding! Let's start with appies: Duck wings - crispy, hot and falling off the bone! Well paired with candied walnuts, and a delicious drizzle of honey. I'm at a loss for words, how good these were. All I can say is that the age of chicken wings has ended, and the age of duck wings has begun. The ahi tuna nachos were airy and light, and full of rich flavours. Someone cares about their mise-en-place, because the fine chopping on the pineapple, chives and red-pepper -made the dish pop. The silent heroes on the plate are the wontons, defying physics in their simple, seemingly weightless folds is a wonderful crunch that instantly elevates each bite. We tried to make room for the Smokehouse pizza, and managed a few slices before saving the rest for dinner. From what we had, gooey cheese, well appointed toppings including a delicious brisket and more of that pulled duck - all balanced with a sweet smoky BBQ sauce to cut the richness. We were floored. The crust is thin with a nice olive oil flavor, akin to focassia, but not as dense or overwhelming. This was the perfect afternoon pie! Service was on point, helpful, responsive, accommodating and pleasant! Our kids all enjoyed their meals, which is why this hits our trifecta. All around, we loved it. All aboard ! This one is a must if youre in Canmore!

Brisket bites were disappointing - not much flavor. Meatloaf was good. Great ambiance and staff. Would love to go and sit on patio some summer day.

Got the game burger-wasn’t very flavourful as I hoped, kind of dry. I added some ketchup to make it have a little more something hahaha. But I liked it, just needed a little more taste for me personally. It was tasty tho, the cheese and some of the toppings were ?? I guess cuz it’s elk and bison it’s harder to make it juicy hence a lot of toppings. Different for sure :) I had the house salad, don’t recommend, it’s just lettuce-nothing special,no dressing, nothing really proprietary about it. I was actually really disappointed :( The ambiance was really super nice and just a great area to chat and catch up. Highly recommend just for the views and would love to come here in the summer. Truly a beautiful restaurant. Customer service was good respectful lady-the owner came to talk to us as well. Truly truly Canadian I LOVED it.

Really wanted to like this place and maybe it was off because they were hosting a huge wedding upstairs… We ordered the Alberta Beef burger. It was very dry, could hardly chew the meat. There was a tiny bit of mayo on it and the bacon was hard as a rock. Fries were decent. Had the Brisket Sandwich, it was decent. Small tho. The upgrade of $2 to the Caesar salad in a SMALL ramekin was disappointing. Brisket came on a 6inch old subway baguette. The slaw was underwhelming, lacked that good crunch. The server was super friendly and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Beautiful views. They did take the burger off the bill as it was pretty evident. Menu is quite large, more than averagely priced.

Wonderful view and beautiful building. Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the Alberta burger, pretzel fries supreme and the brisket rolls. All three were excellent, with the pretzel fries taking our top choice.

Sadly missed out on brunch, as they just do it weekends. We shared a nice big plate if nachos, with Cajun chicken. The bean salsa was especially yummy! He had a flight of beer, I had a Floral Butler Spritz. Most items could be gluten free, and they had a dedicated fryer, so their tortilla chips and fries, etc are safe too! The mountain views are amazing, also love the rail carts and general railway theme!

A nice menu selection with some really stand out choices. Service was good and the view is nice. It’s very popular but did not feel too crowded or noisy. Would definitely go back, just wouldn’t have the smokehouse pizza or meatloaf again.
